Theirs is often a view that is not heard in the mainstream media. They present views of those closest to what the War on Terror is about, those knowing that today’s enemies are determined and must be understood and met with equal determination and strength --- like Operation American Agility, not letting up just because something is difficult, staying in the fight to see the mission through to help protect the freedoms we enjoy here in America.

New Media Journal has recording in their audio library of the Mark Levin Show’s reading of the letter from Iraq, “Hope Rides Alone”, written by Army Sgt Eddie Jeffers and first published by New Media Journal. This is an incredibly poignant letter of great depth that takes you inside the thoughts of a young soldier, a young leader and true patriot. In September of 2007, following this letter’s reading in May, Sgt Jeffers was killed in Iraq. http://therant.us/images/sounds/levin_on_jeffers.mp3
Ben Stein on The Troops, “The Real Stars” Great interview on Youtube of Ben Stein and the job our troops on the ground are doing --- why they deserve our focus and full attention --- so well stated --- great book.

George Jones sings “50,000 Names” This is a powerful song remembering our heroes of Vietnam. If you have never been to “The Wall”, this will take you there. And, if you have been to “The Wall” on a silent Washington summer evening, or cold winter morning, you will feel your visit again and remember those of our brave who gave all in a war that held communism at bay and in doing so, held the line and protected the freedoms we still enjoy today. This song helps us never forget these special men and women. God Bless America for her light to the world.
